The Kinnaird Estate



Kinnaird Estate is situated just off the A9 between Dunkeld and Pitlochry in the Scottish highlands. We have five self catering cottages and farmhouses scattered around the Estate which sleep from 2 - 8 people.  We offer weekly lets and short breaks of a minimum of 3 nights.   The Estate also owns 2 and half miles of double bank Salmon fishing on the river Tay, the Lower Kinnaird Beat is prime fly fishing water, while the Upper Kinnaird Beat which has limited fly water can also be fished by spinning or harling from a boat.
