Set in a quiet corner in the centre of Aberfeldy, Lavender and Lilac self catering Cottages have splendid open views of the hills and surrounding countryside from every room and, with no passing traffic, the houses and secure gardens offer quietness and privacy. Private parking at the door.
From the cottages, it is a short, 200m, quiet, level walk to the centre of Aberfeldy, where there are shops, pubs and restaurants. The Birks of Aberfeldy and golf course, putting and bowling greens, tennis courts, a large play park, swimming pool and fishing on the river Tay are all within a 10 minute walk of the cottages.
With Free Wifi, gas central heating, double glazing and jacuzzi baths, these holiday rental properties are fully equipped and maintained to a very high standard.
Both cottages sleep 5/6 comfortably, with one king size bed and two twin rooms which can be made up as doubles.

The Aberfeldy area has excellent sporting facilities with 4 golf courses within a 5 mile radius, trout and salmon fishing, cycling, tennis, canoeing, river rafting, water sports, and a large number of “Munros” to climb. The area has putting and bowling greens, plenty of gentle walks, lovely gardens to visit, a wide variety of cafes and a new cinema.
Nearby, the historic village of Kenmore on Loch Tay has a small beach and you can step back in time at the Scottish Crannog Centre.
Dunkeld, where Beatrix Potter spent many happy summers, is now home to an exhibition and play area, well loved by children of all ages. Pitlochry Theatre is only 15 miles away, and offers a variety of plays each week, from Easter to October.
Highland Perthshire is home to a wealth of wildlife and you may well be lucky enough to see a golden eagle, hawks, red squirrels, mountain hares, deer and wide variety of birds.Visit the Loch of the Lowes in Dunkeld to see an osprey and Highland Safaris for a trip to encounter nature at its best. This is big tree country, home to remarkable trees and woodlands full of wild flowers.
