An easy, circular route along good, clear paths will introduce you to the 18th century planned estate village of Kenmore as well as the popular salmon fishing River Tay. Following the North Terrace track, until Maxwell's Temple is reached (a replica Queen Eleanor's Cross built in 1831) the walk takes you along an elegant lime tree avenue, passing the golf course on the left.
After crossing the metal and wood Chinese Bridge, view the project that is the regeneration of Taymouth Castle, the former home of the Campbell’s of Breadalbane, once one of Scotland's greatest landowning families.
